We accept packages of all sizes for your arrival dates. We also have the ability to ship items at the time of your departure. Be sure to list your name and your check-in date on the shipping label, and please send your items to:

Yes, all meals are included with your reservation. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, we also serve complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres by the fire pit every night. Our onsite chef prepares meals and serves them in the dining hall. If you have special dietary restrictions, please let us know at the time of booking, and at least 48 hours in advance of arrival.

Florida is called the “Sunshine State” for good reason and the weather at Black Boar Ranch is usually warm and sunny. Winter highs average in the 70s with lows in the 50s. Summer highs average 90s with lows in the 80s.

We have handicapped restrooms on the 86th Floor Observatory and also have lowered viewing walls and binoculars. Service dogs are allowed throughout the building. Motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs are permitted. The 86th Floor has ramps to make getting around easier and lowered viewing walls so that visitors in chairs can still take in the view. The 102nd Floor currently has a higher wall, but we are working to make it more accessible to all our visitors.
